Shrimp in recent years has become an increasingly popular product. If before they were a real delicacy, now they are in any supermarket and at a very affordable price. Many people like the unusual taste of shrimp, while others appreciate them for their beneficial properties and nutrition.
Shrimp meat contains a large amount of protein, but there is little fat in them. Shrimp fatty acids help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Shrimp also has a lot of calcium, thanks to which teeth, nails and hair are strengthened; iodine to maintain thyroid function; potassium, which strengthens blood vessels and the nervous system; zinc, due to which wounds heal better and hair is strengthened. Regular consumption of shrimp contributes to the overall strengthening of the body and increase immunity. It is especially useful for people who often suffer from colds and allergies.
So, shrimp is very healthy and tasty, which is why there are many dishes that are prepared with shrimp. Let's start with salads.
Shrimp and chicken salad : recipe number 1
This salad is very tasty and nutritious. For its preparation you will need: boiled shrimp and cheese, 300 g each , 4 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 chicken leg, onion, garlic to taste and 200 g any mushrooms (fresh), mayonnaise.
We start by boiling mushrooms and chicken. Then we cut the boiled chicken , and still fry the mushrooms with onions (also previously cut into pieces of the right size). Then we mix the mushrooms and chicken, and when cooled, add mayonnaise.
Cook the eggs too, then rub on a coarse grater. Shrimp (pre-cooked and chilled) cut into pieces.
Now all the products need to be layered in a salad bowl. First, spread half the change of cheese and tomatoes, then shrimp, mayonnaise, eggs, then chicken and mushrooms. And on top we put the remaining half of the mixture of cheese and tomatoes. On top, a salad with shrimp and chicken can be decorated with greens or shrimp too.
Shrimp and chicken salad: recipe number 2
Another salad recipe for chicken and shrimp. To prepare it, you will need half a kilo of chicken and shrimp, as well as 1 onion, a jar of pineapple, mayonnaise and a little green onion.
Fillet and shrimp need to be boiled and cut into cubes. Pineapples also need to be cut into cubes, into regular and green onions, chopped carefully. Then mix it all and add mayonnaise. This salad with shrimp and chicken has a very pleasant and slightly sweet taste thanks to pineapples.
Shrimp and crackers salad
Crackers serve as an excellent addition to salads; they are used in the preparation of many salads, for example, with shrimp.
Salad ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 0.5 cans of olives (seedless), lettuce, shrimp (200 g. In boiled peeled form), a packet of βKirieszekβ and mayonnaise.

To prepare it, you will need the following products: for 100 g of mozzarella cheese - about 4-5 large shrimp, as well as lettuce, pieces of 6 cherry tomatoes, the same amount of olives and 1 orange pepper. Olive oil also comes in handy.
Boil shrimps and cut, cut the salad into large pieces (or tear, it turns out better). We cut the olives and tomatoes into 2 halves, cut the pepper into large pieces, and form the cheese from the cheese into slices (spoon or fork). We mix all the ingredients and season with oil.
