One of the recipes for chicken roll with mushrooms is prepared from the following products: chicken fillet - 5 pieces, frozen champignons (fresh can be) - one package, cheese (preferably Parmesan) - 100 grams, butter - three tablespoons, a bunch of dill, nuts, soy sauce, honey, broth cubes, garlic - three cloves and chili powder. You need to start by washing the chicken fillet, cover it with cling film and beat off well. The main thing here is not to overdo it. Defrost the mushrooms in the meantime, and then fry them with chili and salt in vegetable oil (about 5 minutes). Finely grate the cheese, and chop the garlic and dill. All chopped ingredients must be placed in a bowl with nuts and butter, salt - mix thoroughly.

Place the chicken fillets that you have beaten on the table so as to form a rectangle, without any voids. It is best to combine them with an overlap. Now you can spread the filling on top. It is necessary to twist the roll carefully, and then fill its edges with your fingers so that the filling is not visible at all. The food wrap will help him not to fall apart . Rinse the carcass and gently remove the skin from it. Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms until cooked. They should be mixed with chopped meat and crushed nuts, salt and pepper. The filling is laid out in the skin, folds gently. The resulting roll must be wrapped tightly with foil, and then put it in an already preheated oven. Here is another interesting recipe. The resulting dish can be called meatloaf with mushrooms. You need to prepare two chicken breasts, 250 grams of bacon, the same amount of mushrooms, a bunch of fresh spinach, one onion, salt, pepper and French herbs - to taste. Now take a sheet of foil, put bacon on it, previously cut into thin strips. Place chicken fillet, beaten and salted on top. Next, lay the spinach washed and dried. Onions and mushrooms should, as usual, be fried, seasoned with herbs, salt and only then placed on a layer of spinach. Now chicken roll with mushrooms can be carefully wrapped. Put it in foil on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. At the end of cooking, the foil needs to be slightly opened from above so that the bacon acquires a golden crust. This dish is served chilled, that is, as a snack.
