This vegetable should be indispensable on the Russian table. He has absorbed so many vitamins and minerals, which, perhaps, no other vegetables in this combination have.   • 1 cup of milk;

If you are not young yet, you can take the old one, but you need to chop it very finely. I make it easier for myself and pass through a vegetable cutter a food processor. Let's cook minced meat. Finely chop the onions and fry until golden brown. Put the fried onions, minced meat and spices for meat in a deep bowl. Mix well, preferably with your hands. To pour, you need to beat two eggs with milk in a blender, add a little salt and pepper. Now take the baking dish and grease it with oil. We spread a layer of cabbage, pour a little egg-milk mixture, spread a layer of minced meat (minced meat is not the whole, the dish will turn out puff). On top again, a thin layer of cabbage, then a layer of minced meat, pour the mixture, cover again with cabbage and pour the remaining mixture from above. For beauty, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh herbs a little, the cabbage casserole will turn out with a beautiful crust. To make the dish look beautiful on a portioned plate, it is better to spread it with a special spatula for the cake. As a sauce, you can serve low-fat sour cream on the table.

There are several options for this dish. I will share one more - a cabbage casserole with potatoes. Only potatoes are added to all of the above ingredients. Two potatoes need to be peeled and grated on a coarse grater, also slightly salted. We do the same thing, only for each layer of minced meat we spread another layer of grated potatoes. The taste is becoming more diverse. Puff casserole looks very beautiful and appetizing on a plate.
