- fillet (pollock, pink salmon, pangasius or cod) - 1 kg;
- onions - 2-3 heads;
- carrots - 2-3 pcs.;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- vegetable oil (100-150 g);
- fresh tomatoes (medium-sized) - 2-3 pcs.;
- bay leaves - 2-3 pcs.;
- tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp .;
- salt and black (ground) pepper to taste;
- seasoning for fish (1-2 tsp);
- greens (parsley, basil, dill).
First take the onion, peel it and finely chop the straws. Then grind the carrots on a coarse grater. Tomatoes are first cut into small circles, and then chopped into cubes. The fillet is divided into fairly large portions. Garlic finely rubbed or cut.
