The easiest recipe. Boil the ribs for an hour over very low heat after boiling. Be sure to salt immediately. Remove from the broth, slightly dry with a napkin. To prepare the icing: turn in the blender garlic and chili without grains, seeds or coriander root (cilantro), mix with soy sauce, honey and your favorite spices. Lubricate the surface of the ribs with marinade every fifteen minutes. When the meat becomes soft, remove the foil, pour over the rest of the sauce and bake until golden brown. When serving, drain and serve separately.

It will take: one and a half kilograms of pork ribs, vegetable oil, honey, apples, lemon, spices. Cut the apples into six to eight parts, remove the middle and place on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. For glaze, heat the honey until boiling along with vegetable oil (fifty to fifty) and lemon juice. Separate the ribs in portions, grate with salt and pepper, put on apples and pour honey glaze. Bake for forty to fifty minutes at a temperature of two hundred degrees. Lubricate the ribs with honey, lightly sprinkle with coarse salt and bake until a bright crust.

You will need: a kilogram of pork ribs, half a kilogram of kiwi, onion, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of sugar (preferably brown), a tablespoon of mustard, salt, hot red and black pepper, two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil and soy sauce, wine or apple vinegar. Peel the kiwi and knead. Grate onion and garlic or chop in a blender, add to kiwi, and all other ingredients except meat. The meat must be pickled with this mixture. Stir thoroughly, grate the ribs and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Place the ribs in a mold, bake at a temperature of two hundred degrees until the liquid evaporates, then reduce the temperature. When a beautiful crust forms, the dish should be ready.
