  • vegetable oil;
  • sweet red peppers in the amount of 3 kg;
  • ripe fruits of tomatoes weighing 3 kg;
  • fresh garlic in an amount of 2 kg;
  • salt.

How is Caucasian satsebel sauce made? The recipe is simple, but there are some nuances that should be considered when preparing seasoning.

To prepare the sauce, you need to use a good thick tomato paste. You can buy it or cook it yourself. Grind cilantro in any way (with a blender or food processor).

Peel and pass the garlic through a press or blender. Mix it with cilantro, seasoning of hops-suneli, dry adjika, pepper and table vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly and add a little water (1: 1 ratio).

3 step

Stir again and salt to taste. Arrange the finished sauce in small jars and store in the cold. You can serve satsebel to the table immediately after cooking.

You can prepare the sauce according to the third recipe using the following set of ingredients:

  • about 15 pieces of tomatoes;
  • salt, suneli hops;
  • a few garlic cloves;
  • black and red pepper (not hot).

Cooking technology

Wash the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them, then peel them. Grind vegetables with a blender or grind in a meat grinder. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for one hour until the liquid is completely evaporated. 15 minutes before being ready, put chopped garlic in the sauce, salt and season the seasonings. Set the satsebel to cool and insist. Close the prepared seasoning in jars and place in a cool room.
