Soba with chicken according to this recipe is prepared in the following sequence:
- Boil the chicken thigh over medium heat until cooked.
- After 20 minutes, remove the chicken from the broth and cool.
- In the remaining broth on the stove, lower the buckwheat noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Then discard the noodles in a colander and rinse with cool water.
- Cut a half of fresh cucumber in the form of straws and combine with noodles. Add chopped shallots, soy sauce (2 tbsp.), Sesame oil and fried sesame seeds (2 tsp. Each).

Such simple and affordable ingredients make an interesting Asian dish - soba with chicken and vegetables.
The recipe is as follows:
- Unsalted chicken broth (a quarter cup), soy sauce (3 tbsp.), Sweet rice wine (2 tbsp.), Chili sauce (1 tsp.) Are mixed in a small bowl.
- Soba (350 g) is boiled according to the instructions indicated on the package, without adding salt and fat, then washed in cold water and transferred to a deep bowl.

- Chicken broth (1 l) and water (400 ml) are poured into the pan. The contents of the pan are brought to a boil, after which soba (100 g) is added and cooked for 5 minutes.
- Last of all, boiled chicken fillet cut into pieces (2 cups) and bok choy cabbage (300 g), which is used in many Asian dishes, is added to the soup.
