In our markets and stores, you can easily purchase different fruits, for example healthy and tasty pears. They are perfect for baking. By turning the pears into mashed potatoes in advance, you can fill them with muffins or baskets of shortcrust pastry. You can also cook traditional pear baking, which originates from medieval France and is called tart bourdaloue.
