Under the influence of temperature, sugar and honey will dissolve and a mass of liquid consistency will turn out. Soda is introduced into this mass, which leads to an increase in the volume of the composition, as well as a color change - the mass turns white. As soon as this happens, remove the pan from the fire or water bath. Next, flour is added - the dough is ready for kneading. After the dough is well kneaded, it must be divided into eight parts - cakes will be prepared from them. Each part should be rolled out in the form of a round pancake, the size corresponding to the size of the future cake (a little more can be). Cakes must be baked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Since the cakes are thin, more time is not needed, they are prepared instantly. From the scraps of cakes that remained after giving them a perfectly round shape, a crumb is prepared, which is used to sprinkle the cream-covered top of the cake, as well as its side edges.
