'Narine' sourdough and yoghurts based on it - a healthy product on your table

How to make natural homemade yogurt from Narine

It is best to cook yogurt based on "Narine" immediately for a family of 2-3 people, as 1 standard bag is used per liter of milk. Before starting work, all utensils that you use, especially spoons and jars for fermentation, must be sterilized and wiped dry to avoid getting extra bacteria.

Sourdough for Narine yogurt: take 200 ml of milk and Narine in powder (1 sachet). Boil milk on low heat for 15 minutes, cool to 40 degrees. Pour 1 sachet of "Narine" and stir. We insist the mixture for about 20 hours in a warm place - a clot should form. Then put in the refrigerator for another 3 hours. We take out the bowl, mix the mixture again. "Narine" sourdough is ready.

Cooking yogurt: boil 1 liter of milk and cool to 40 degrees. Add 1 tablespoon of sourdough, mix everything. If you cook in a yogurt maker, pour it into cans.

In winter, you can insist yogurt on a battery, however, it is best to buy a yogurt maker, since the temperature drops and any adverse microclimate changes for lactobacilli are minimal. Infuse yogurt from 5 to 7 hours. Properly prepared yogurt forms a small clot. It can be mixed and poured into a bottle. If you insist a little longer, then it will be more dense. The shelf life of the product depends on the quality of milk and the level of sterilization of the dishes. So, “Narine” sourdough can stand in the refrigerator for about a week, and finished yogurt - from 2 (pasteurized milk) to 10 (sterilized, ultra-pasteurized or fresh boiled milk) days. It is worth noting that the quality of the yogurt you receive will directly depend on how accurately you comply with the recipe and all the subtleties of the preparation indicated in the recipe. One jar can be set aside in order to use instead of leaven.

If you use Narine yogurt for preventive purposes, you can use a little honey or snack on fruits to sweeten its slightly sour taste.

Such a product can be given to young children from birth. "Narine" sourdough and fermented milk products, which are made on its basis, help fight allergies, promote the proper functioning of the intestine, support its normal microflora.
