How to fry mushrooms - some useful recipes

Almost any mushroom is suitable for frying. Of course, we exclude those species that are good only in salt form. It is better if they are forest mushrooms, which have an unusual aroma and taste. But simple champignons will do. In addition, it all depends on your desires and tastes.

One of the traditional dishes is fried mushrooms with sour cream. To prepare it, you need to take fresh mushrooms and wash them thoroughly. Then cut them into slices. We spread the chopped mushrooms in a pan. Slightly fry them in vegetable or better butter (it goes well with mushrooms). Next, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Now came the turn of sour cream. For this dish, it is better to take thick sour cream, of good quality. Add it to the mushrooms and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the mushrooms are ready. We take arbitrary proportions. The amount of sour cream depends on the consistency of the dish you want to cook. If you need more sauce, then add more sour cream. About 800 grams of fresh mushrooms need about three glasses of sour cream.

How to fry mushrooms without adding other ingredients? Many people like the natural taste of mushrooms, which other products will not interrupt. Cook the fried mushrooms. To do this, you need hats of any mushrooms that are in stock. You can take white (unique in composition) or champignons. Hats wash and dry very well. If they are large, then we cut them into pieces. Then put the mushrooms in a pan and fry on each side. When frying, be sure to add oil. Spread the fried mushrooms on a plate. After that, sprinkle them with salt and any pepper. You can also decorate them with greens.
This method of cooking mushrooms can be changed a little, roll them before frying in flour or batter.

Of course, the most traditional dish is mushrooms fried with potatoes. The recipe for its preparation is known to every housewife and is successfully used by many. First you need to cook the ingredients. Cut the onion very finely. Next, take the mushrooms (400 grams) and clean them. You need to take fragrant forest ones, then the potatoes will turn out very tasty, saturated with a mushroom smell. We cut mushrooms not very finely. Now put on the fire a frying pan, preferably a large one, with a thick bottom. We melt fat in it (we take in equal proportions butter and vegetable oil). First of all, put the onion and fry it until it becomes transparent. After that, add the mushrooms and continue to fry. In the beginning, moisture will appear in the pan. It should evaporate. After that, add salt and any pepper to taste. We continue to fry.

At this time, we cut thyme and oregano very finely. Add them to the mushrooms. These herbs will give a unique aroma. Mix well and remove the pan from the heat.

Now prepare the potatoes (7-8 tubers). We cut it into bars and put it in a separate frying pan. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. If during the cooking process you cover the pan with a lid, the frying process will accelerate, but you will not get a crisp. In any case, the potatoes need to interfere from time to time. When it is ready, add mushrooms to it and cover with a lid. After two minutes, add chopped dill and chopped garlic. Salt to taste. Potato fried with mushrooms is ready.

Before frying mushrooms, you need to know that this is a very nutritious dish. Some of their types are equal in composition to meat. Therefore, if you adhere to a diet, then this product is not suitable for frequent use.
