Rinse chicken drumsticks thoroughly under running water and pat dry. If you are not a skin lover, take it off. Put the drumsticks on a clean, dry waffle towel and dry.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Put the chicken in a deep bowl, season with onions and mayonnaise. Salt a little, as the mayonnaise itself is quite salty, add your favorite spices for an excellent marinade. At will, a little soy sauce diversifies the taste, but with it you must be extremely careful with salt.

Stir the chicken drumsticks in this sauce and leave it to marinate for several hours under the lid.

Get ready for the rest of the ingredients. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, dry them, like the drumsticks, on a towel and cut into thin slices.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes so that they bake well in a bag in the oven with chicken legs and mushrooms. Rinse the cabbage and cut in half.

Combine vegetables and mushrooms in one bowl and pour plenty of odorless lean oil. Combine ingredients with spices, salt, fresh and dried herbs. Stir the ingredients so that they are evenly coated with oil.

Put the ingredients in the cooking sleeve, distribute the mixture evenly in the sleeve, forming a kind of pillow. Lay the chicken on top and tie a sleeve.
