Shell fried prawns

Probably one of the most popular seafood is shrimp. Today they are easy to buy, they are in all supermarkets. But did you know that shrimp belong to dietary products, because there are practically no fats and calories in them, but this is a storehouse of protein and fatty acids. Cholesterol is present in their composition, but it is not absorbed into the blood due to the lack of saturated fats necessary for this. Because of this, shrimp is loved by everyone who watches their figure, and experts include them in the basis of many diets. After all, shrimp fried in shell or without it can be eaten while maintaining good physical shape.

Shrimp are appreciated for the very high content of such important elements for our nutrition as potassium, sulfur, zinc, calcium, iodine. The beneficial effect of these trace elements and minerals allows children to grow and develop normally, and adults to maintain good health. A unique gentle taste of shrimp will conquer anyone. So I am not indifferent to them, and I hasten to share with you one of my favorite recipes for shrimp cooking today .

Fried Shrimp in Garlic Sauce

When I start cooking, I start by cutting them. First, I cut off their head, leave the carapace in place, make a small incision along the back, pull out the intestinal vein, then rinse under running water, let them drain. I cook marinade, for this I mix dried thyme (you can just mash it in your hands), pepper and salt, as well as a little lemon juice (about half). Leave to insist 10 minutes.

And during this time, taking a pair of red chili peppers, cut them into smaller ones. Next, cut across thin slices of five to six cloves of garlic for flavor. In conclusion, I put the frying pan on the fire, pour olive oil, and then throw the chilli and garlic to fry. I fry them to a crust and then fry them, removing them from the pan, discard them, leaving only fragrant oil, into which you need to squeeze the juice from the remaining half of the lemon and add lime juice. Immediately fry the shrimp in this aromatic oil, constantly turning over so that they are fried for at least a minute on both sides. With a little patience, and you're done.

I spread the shrimps on a large plate, where large leaves of lettuce are laid ahead of time, it turns out very beautifully and tasty.

I used the following ingredients:

  • shrimp - 400 gr.;
  • chili pepper;
  • garlic - 5-6 teeth .;
  • lemon juice - 1 pc.;
  • lime juice - 1/2 pcs.;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • thyme (dried);
  • olive oil.

Pan-fried prawns in shell with soy sauce

We thaw a defrosted pound of shrimp, as mentioned above, then let it drain water. Then fry in a pan with two tablespoons of shrimp vegetable oil right in the shell, salt and pepper. One bunch of green onions is cut large. Fry a quarter of an hour. Add a couple of spoons of chicken stock. When everything is ready, put the shrimp, fried in shell, on the dish, sprinkle them with the remaining green onion and sprinkle with a teaspoon of soy sauce.

Shrimps are prepared in shell and without it (peeled) in batter, in salads, on sandwiches. Each housewife cooks them to his taste. Personally, I really like fried shrimp in shell. And I still have not figured out what I like to do more - clean them or eat, most likely, both of these processes at the same time.

Fried (unpeeled) shrimps - a wonderful nutritious dish with a bright rich taste and aroma. Using them as food, you can establish the work of the whole organism, improve the condition of nails, skin, hair, normalize the work of hormones. Those people who often eat shrimp are much less likely to see doctors about vascular diseases, colds, allergies, and they have excellent immunity.

By the way, many food products are contraindicated for certain categories of people, but interestingly, there are no shrimps in this list.
