Despite the fact that today many began to adhere to vegetarian food, the majority of the population of our country are still lovers of meat and meat products. Experts urge everyone who completely ruled out eating meat to not do this, because an analogue of this product does not exist in nature. Due to the iron, potassium and phosphorus contained in the meat, meat eaters, for example, are not at risk of anemia.
Preference should be given to lean meat, for example, such as beef tenderloin. The recipes are quite diverse, and therefore meat does not bother us. You can enjoy the taste of beef by choosing the simplest methods, or you can, after spending some effort, amaze your relatives with delicious dishes.
Traditionally, steaming is considered the most useful way of processing foods. In order to make the dish tasty, you need to know how to cook beef tenderloin.
Take the following spices and herbs: allspice, bay leaves, juniper berries and fennel seeds. Fry all together in a dry pan. Next, roll the meat in spices, put the piece in a deep container and fill everything with olive oil. The tenderloin should be removed in the refrigerator for a day. Fry onion and meat for several minutes, then add ground pepper, bay leaf, any seasoning and a few slices of lemon. Add water and simmer until cooked until tenderloin is tenderloin.
