Cooking method

  1. Pour 3 liters of water into the pan, bring it to a boil. After you should lower the parsley root into boiling water. Add vinegar and salt there. Dip the pieces of fish into the cooked brine. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool, peel off the skin and bones and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Open a jar of green peas and drain the marinade.
