After the holidays, often there are many pieces of meat cuts. They can be used to make a delicious soup called meat hodgepodge. In a slow cooker, cooking this dish is easy. We suggest you familiarize yourself with the recipe.

For the preparation of soup you will need any meat products. To facilitate the task, we offer an approximate list of ingredients. You can add or exclude products according to your desire and taste. So, the composition:
- pork pulp weighing 300 grams;
- 300 grams of beef flesh;
- 300 grams of chicken meat;
- smoked chicken ham - 1 piece;
- any sausages (milk, cream, etc.) - 1-2 pieces;
- smoked sausages - 1-2 pieces;
- green olives (preferably seedless) - about 10 pieces;
- black olives (preferably seedless) - about 10 pieces;
- tomato paste - 2 tablespoons (full tablespoons);
- water (depending on the volume of the multicooker bowl , 3-4 liters) or meat broth;
- pickles (gherkins are best) or capers - 5-10 pieces;
- salt, bay leaf, lemon;
- optional (you can not add): potatoes, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers - all 1-2 pieces.
Meat solyanka: step by step recipe for cooking
1 step
Best if you have boiled meat (all sorts). Perhaps you were cooking some dish and left unused pieces. If not, then you will have to initially start preparing raw meat. It must be washed, dried and cut into small (1x1 cm) cubes. Then pour vegetable oil into the bowl and fry the slices. To simplify and speed up the procedure, you can use the pan and perform this step on it.
2 step
You can use the second method and boil the meat. You will get broth for hodgepodge and ready-made pieces that do not need to be fried. In this case, after the heat treatment, cool the meat and divide it into small pieces, and strain the broth. All cooking is best done on a regular stove. It will take less time.
3 step
The meat solyanka in the slow cooker will turn out delicious anyway. After you have boiled the meat (or fried), cut into pieces all the other ingredients. Be sure to remove the bones (for example, from the legs). Put the meat products in the multicooker bowl. Put out the meat a little more.
4 step
Heat a little vegetable oil in a separate frying pan and fry finely chopped cucumbers or whole capers in it. You can put this product in a bowl without roasting, but in this way a more saturated taste and aroma of hodgepodge is achieved. Transfer the cucumbers to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Boil the broth on the stove. While it is boiling, you can chop and put one or two potatoes in it. With them, a meat team will become more satisfying and nutritious. In a slow cooker for meat, put two tablespoons of tomato paste. Shuffle. Pour all over the meat broth and close the lid. Set the Extinguishing function to an hour.
6 step
15 minutes before cooking, add olives to the hodgepodge (you can take less than indicated in the recipe), put a bay leaf, try the soup on salt. Close the lid again and wait for the signal. The meat solyanka in the slow cooker is ready. Pour the soup into plates. Cut the lemon into half rings. Put it in each serving and serve.
