Chicken with honey is one of the many ways to cook poultry meat. Depending on the specific recipe for work, you can use a simple pan, grill, oven and even a slow cooker. In any case, the result will be excellent. Indeed, honey blends perfectly with tender and sometimes slightly dry, but at the same time very tasty chicken, giving it a special aroma. Garlic and Honey Chicken
Best of all, chicken with honey is baked in the oven. It is there that the most favorable conditions are created for this method of processing meat. It’s not difficult to do this. Moreover, the chicken can be used in its entirety, without first dividing the carcass into parts. For such a recipe, the following components will be required:
- 1 chicken carcass weighing approximately 1 kilogram;
- 100-110 grams of honey;
- salt;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

- First of all, the carcass should be washed, and then cut it in half (not completely) along the breast and flatten.

- Add a little (approximately 150-170 milliliters) of water.

- 30 grams of liquid honey;
- 60 grams of mustard;

- To prepare the aromatic mixture, place the mustard on a plate. Then add honey to it and mix well.
- With this mass, grate the carcass both outside and inside.
- Cut citrus fruits into 2 parts and squeeze juice out of them. After that, remove the peel, and stuff the chicken with the remaining pulp.

Chicken on a bottle
It turns out very beautiful chicken with honey in the oven, if you bake it "standing" in full growth. In this case, the carcass can be put on a bottle. It will turn out something like a “roster”. For this option, the following ingredients will be required:
- 1 lemon
- 100 milliliters of honey;
- 1 chicken carcass;
- salt;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 100 grams of ginger root;

- Peel the garlic and then finely chop it with half the ginger.

For work, it is better to use chicken wings. However, the shins, thighs and just portion pieces are also suitable. List of ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of wings (or other pieces of poultry meat);
- 35 grams of honey;
- 110-120 milliliters of soy sauce;
- 3 cloves of garlic.
Preparing chicken in soy sauce with honey in several stages:
- First you need to make a marinade. For its preparation, honey must be dissolved in soy sauce and add finely chopped garlic to them. If necessary, the mass can be slightly warmed up.
- Rinse the wings well under running water, and then fold them into a pan, pour the marinade and leave for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for the meat to be well marinated.
- Place the processed pieces on a baking sheet and pour over the remaining marinade.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes on each side.

The secrets of pickling

- 1 carcass weighing about 1.3 kilograms;
- 35 grams of honey;
- 10 cloves of garlic;
- one and a half tablespoons of mayonnaise and the same amount of tomato paste;
- ground black pepper;
- salt;
- any vegetable oil.
The cooking procedure includes several steps:
- The chicken carcass should be washed well, cut in half along the breast and unfold.
- Peel the garlic (6 cloves) and stuff the meat with it. Particular attention should be paid to meat parts (breast and thighs).
- Now you need to cook the chicken marinade with honey. It’s easy to do. Finely chop the remaining 4 cloves of garlic and mix them with the ingredients according to the recipe (except for oil). The consistency of the marinade should be as homogeneous as possible.
- Coat the carcass with the prepared mass from all available sides.
- Treat the baking sheet from the inside with oil. Lay the bird on it and leave it for about 60 minutes. During this time, the meat can soak well.

Each experienced housewife must have her own recipe for chicken with honey. Usually it is developed over the years, and then it is constantly used to prepare a family specialty. Beginners can be offered a surprisingly simple, but very tasty option. For such a recipe, the following ratio of products will be required:
- 1 chicken breast (or fillet);
- 70 grams of honey;
- salt;
- a couple of tablespoons of mustard;
- ground pepper and any spices.
Meat is prepared in three stages:
- First, the breast should be washed, dried, so that there is no excess moisture, and then cut it lengthwise into two parts.
- Mix honey in a separate bowl with mustard. With this mass, coat pieces of meat from all sides and leave them on a plate for about 15 minutes.
- Put the processed breasts on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 220 degrees. For processing it will take no more than half an hour.

Baked chicken with honey can be a real table decoration. The main thing in this case is to do everything correctly, taking into account the advice of professionals. First you should prepare the source components:
- 1 chicken weighing approximately 2.5 kilograms;
- 30-45 grams of salt;
- 70 grams of honey;
- 5 grams of black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of finished liquid mustard;
- 25 grams of sour cream;
- vegetable oil.
Stages of cooking:
- The first step is to wash the carcass and dry well.
- Mix honey, salt, mustard and pepper, and then grate the chicken (inside and out). The meat must be allowed to marinate for at least three hours.
- Put the prepared chicken in a mold (or on a baking sheet). In this case, the legs can be tied with a thick thread (or twine), and the wings can be wrapped with foil (so as not to burn).
- Coat the carcass on top with sour cream and send it to the oven for one and a half to two hours for baking at 175-180 degrees. Periodically, the bird needs to be watered with fat flowing from it.
