A delicious and healthy salad made with fetax cheese is a traditional Greek dish. However, in Russia it is prepared in different ways.

Classic Greek Salad with Fetaxa

Mix in a jar 3 table. tablespoons olive oil, 1.5 tsp lemon juice, 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, a quarter spoon of sea salt and the same amount of black pepper, a little oregano (dried). Close the jar and shake to mix well.

In a cup, put sliced ​​3 tomatoes, half a cucumber, cut into half circles, a quarter of the head of red onion, chopped with very thin rings and also chopped half of green pepper. Add 120 grams of fetax cheese to cubes and 16 pitted olives there (no need to cut them). Dressed with classic Greek salad with fetax mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and oregano.

Greek salad with Beijing cabbage

Greek salad in our country is most often prepared according to recipes other than the classic. As a rule, less spices are used, and other products are also introduced.

So, we take 300 g of Beijing cabbage and chop it. You can choose the size of the pieces to your liking, however it is generally accepted that the larger they are, the more characteristic is the taste. 2 tomatoes cut into cubes. Cut the cucumber into thin semicircles (if it is large, then into quarters). Cut 2 sweet peppers into small strips (for beauty it is better to choose yellow). 1 onion, cut into 4 parts and chop, olives (about 100 g) cut into rings, and squeeze the garlic. Feta cheese (or regular cheese) cut into cubes. All ingredients are mixed and poured with olive oil.

Rustic Fetaxa Salad

Finely chop the leaves of lettuce romaine and put on the bottom of the salad bowl. We cut 3 tomatoes, 100 g of olives, 120 g of fetax cheese, 6 peperonate pods, put everything on the leaves. Dressed with sauce made from 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle with marjoram on top. Greek salad with feta cheese in a rustic way.

Green Greek Salad with Fetaxa

To make this salad, which, in fact, has little in common with real Greek, you will need a jar of green olives stuffed with lemon, 150 g feta cheese, a couple of cucumbers, 1 pack. Corn salad, 5 sprigs of fresh oregano, 2 feathers of green onions and olive oil for dressing.

In the oil put black pepper and finely chopped oregano leaves, mix everything and gently mash. Put lettuce, chopped onions and cucumbers, whole olives and cheese, diced.

Greek salad with fried cheese

Beat 2 eggs with two tablespoons. milk. Cut 250 g of Camembert cheese into cubes, roll in wheat flour and dip eggs and milk in the mixture. Then roll in cornmeal. Heat oil well and fry cheese in it.

Cut 3 tomatoes into slices, 2 cucumbers into cubes, 1 red onion and 2 different colored peppers into half rings. Put all this in a salad bowl, add 50 g of pitted olives, mix, put the fried cheese in the same place, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill. For refueling you need to beat 6 tbsp. tablespoons of oil (preferably olive, but for lack of it can be sunflower) with 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, a pinch of oregano, black pepper and salt.

Greek salad with lentils and olives

To prepare this unusual dish, boil in a separate bowl for half a glass of red and green lentils. When cooked - mix, add ΒΌ stack to it. chopped oregano greens and as many parsley, garlic to taste, a glass of chopped olives and capers, 200 g of feta cheese cut into cubes.

Squeezed juice from 1 lemon slightly salt and pepper and mix until the salt is dissolved. Pour a large spoonful of olive oil into it. Pour the salad with the resulting dressing. It must be served on the table with crispy white bread or crackers.

Greek salad with fetax in pita bread

Dice cucumbers and tomatoes (4 pcs each), chop 2 cloves of garlic, cut 200 g of olives in half, wash one head of lettuce carefully and tear into pieces of any size with your hands. Mix about 50 g of olive oil with garlic, pepper and salt (all to your liking), pour vegetables and cheese. Each of the two pita breads is divided into 4 parts and put on a spoonful of salad, turn into a tube. Attention! You need to wrap the salad in pita bread immediately before use, as pita bread will quickly get wet.
