- psychopathic and neurotic manifestations accompanied by fear and anxiety, severe irritability and tension;
- reactive psychoses and sleep disorders;
- muscle stiffness, tics and hyperkinesis;
The medicine "Phenazepam" is often prescribed for the prevention of emotional tension and insomnia.
The drug "Phenazepam" dosage
Due to the fact that the medicine is the strongest tranquilizer, its use should occur only under strict medical supervision. Each disease provides for a different regimen of taking the drug "Phenazepam", an overdose threatens with negative consequences, up to death.
The maximum dose, which is not hazardous to the patient’s health, is up to 10 mg, the medication is administered by intramuscular or intravenous administration in the drop or stream method.
In order to stop the state of fear and anxiety, with psychopathic pathologies, the doctor prescribes treatment with Phenazepam, the dose may gradually increase. The daily minimum is from 3 mg, with severe disorders, the dose is adjusted to 10 mg.
The effectiveness of the drug is noted for the removal of alcohol withdrawal symptoms, with strong manifestations, the narcologist appoints the introduction of the drug “Phenazepam” in the maximum dose, which in this case is up to 5 mg per day.

During pregnancy, the use of the drug "Phenazepam" is considered extremely dangerous, an overdose can threaten its termination, taking in acceptable doses adversely affects the health and development of the fetus. In infants whose mothers neglected these recommendations during pregnancy, respiratory failure is observed, often the suppression of the sucking reflex occurs.
