Bijuu or tailed beasts are creatures with a huge number of Chakras that can take the form of various animals. These monsters from the Chakra have several tails - from one to nine. The power of these creatures is so great that it surpasses even the most powerful shinobi. But their bestial nature does not allow them to use their full potential. Only in the human body can their abilities be fully revealed thanks to the mind and experience of jinchuuriki (the human receptacle of the caudate).
The names of the tailed animals from "Naruto" will be presented below. Now let's talk more about their nature. Most shinobi consider tailed only as a weapon. Because of this, all people hate biju. Nevertheless, all monsters are aware of their origin, but each of them considers himself a separate person with his own feelings and emotions.
Tailed to each other are quite friendly. However, sometimes conflicts arise between them over finding out who is stronger. Bijuu own telepathy and can use it to communicate with jinchuuriki and among themselves.
The Ten-Tails: A Story of Separation
The tails of Naruto have one progenitor, the ten-tailed go Jubi. He terrified the whole world. But the villages had many problems in order to curb and tame these monsters. Therefore, it was decided to seal the tailed into humans (jinchuuriks) in order to use their forces as weapons and protect civilians.

The five-tailed, or Kokou, has the form of a connected dolphin and a white horse. He owns five elements, but can use only one for attack. This biju is called the god of illusions and is considered his ancestor of all genjitsu. It is one of the strongest tailed, above it - only Gyuki and Kurama.
When Kokou was caught and sealed by the Hidden Rock shinobi. His jinchuuriki became Khan. Which was at one time defeated by the Akatsuki members, then the tail was removed from his body. Khan himself died, but was resurrected during the Fourth Shinobi World War.
This biju also met during the battle of Naruto. Tailed beasts always mistrusted people, and gradually began to hate them because they tried to subdue them. It emits corrosive gas, destroying and splitting all life.
Rokubi was originally owned by the Mist Village, and the biju was sealed into the body of Utakata, who owned an improved genome and applied the soap bubble technique. Utakata was hiding from AMBU in his village and was accused of killing his teacher. Due to the persecution, he was left alone and became easy prey for Akatsuki. He was also resurrected and called up during the war.
Seven-tailed
The tails of Naruto are very different from each other in appearance. Choumei (Nanabi in other translations), or the Seven-Tailed, has the appearance of a blue-green rhinoceros beetle. He has 6 legs with red eyes covered with a protective film. Its tails resemble the huge wings of an insect. Like all tailed Chomei has a huge supply of Chakras. He is able to fly thanks to wings-tails, his physical attacks are reminiscent of insect attacks - he bites with his mandibles. He is able to create a cocoon from the threads of the Chakra, which not only blocks the enemy, but also prevents the absorption techniques of the Chakra. Due to the fact that Chowmei is covered with a hard shell, it is able to withstand blows of incredible strength.
The Seven-Tails has a rather cheerful disposition and considers himself lucky. Unlike his brothers, he is not so aggressive towards people and doesn’t have so much hatred for them, as, for example, Kurama.
This biju belonged to the village of the hidden Waterfall. His jinchūriki was a girl named Fu. He was also captured by Akatsuki and sealed in a statue of Gedo Maso.
Eight-tailed
Gyuki (in other translations of Hachibi) is completely different from the rest of the tailed ones from Naruto. Its distinctive feature is that he is the first biju who was able to find a common language with his jinchūriki and make friends.
Gyuki looks like a huge lilac octopus connected to a bull. Its tails look like tentacles. He has incredible physical strength. Able to create ink to blind enemies and hide. The biju also creates ink clones.
This caudate has always been owned by the hidden Cloud Village. The eight-tailed jinchūriki is Killer Bee. According to Gyuki himself, before meeting with Bi, he was completely wild, but later was able to change and become better. The biju's affection for his jinchūriki was so strong that he sacrificed one of his tentacles to replace his body when Akatsuki attacked him.
However, prior to Bi, not a single jinchūriki could completely take control of the eight-tailed. Therefore, he often went out of control and the raikage with a team of elite shinobi had to reassure him and seal it again.

Nine-tailed
Naruto - the nine-tail jinchuriki. It is also called Demon Fox, Kyuubi and Kurama. This is the strongest biju, with the exception of the Ten-Tails. He looks like a huge fox with black stripes around his eyes. He controls the fire, can create vortices with the help of his tails.
Kurama is not only the strongest, but also the most cunning, intelligent and dodgy. He hates people, since everyone who was his jinchūriki tried to hold him and hold him down.
Prior to Naruto, his mother Kushina was the receptacle of the biju, but during childbirth the seal that fetters the fox weakened. Kyuubi was then given freedom and immediately came under Madara's control, which made him attack the village of hidden Liszt.
