However, today we will not be sad and sad. Instead, we recall a completely different movie - melodramas about love with a good ending, reminding viewers that real feelings still exist in this life. And while they are, everything is actually not so bad.

Crossroads
Today this wonderful picture with Leonid Yarmolnik and Anna Legchilova, who played the main roles in it, can rightfully be called one of the few masterpieces of the new Russian cinema, dating back to the beginning of the 90s. This comedy melodrama about people approaching a midlife crisis, released in December 1998, instantly received the love and recognition of millions of viewers, which have been going on for more than twenty years.
The plot of the "Crossroads" is quite original. Almost forgotten by the former admirers of his work, Alik, the leader of a rock band that rattled all over the country half a year ago, one day met his old friend who offered him a tour of America. However, Alik is single, and unmarried people may have problems getting a visa. The musician has no choice but to urgently find a wife and solve this problem.
In the parallel storyline, the charming Lala, who worked as an English teacher, finally successfully passes an interview for a prestigious job. However, there is one thing - Lyalya is not married, which is not at all welcomed in the company in which she was going to get a job.
By the will of fate, this couple is no longer very young and tired of their own lives, people accidentally meet. The interests of both about urgent marriage completely coincided, but cold feelings for the main characters of this melodrama with a good ending suddenly came true feelings ...
"Inadequate people"
Completely unfairly ignored by both viewers and critics, this romantic comedy was shot back in 2010. The main roles in Inadequate People were played by little-known actors Ilya Lyubimov and Ingrid Olerinskaya. And this “unknownness” of them only benefited the film: in addition to the already originality, intellectuality and absolute unbanality, it added an additional portion of a refreshing effect to it.

The main character Mary works as a wedding master of ceremonies and is an excellent specialist in the science of love and marriage. However, her own personal life as such is absent. One fine day, under rather non-trivial circumstances, she encounters Steve, to whom she soon begins to feel strong sympathy. However, Steve eventually turns out to be the bridegroom of one of her clients, a very rich girl. And Mary has to decide whether to give free rein to reason and sober calculation, or to rush headlong into the sweet pool of feelings and love.
In the end, Steve himself is finally faced with a choice, having managed to make his final decision only at the time of his own wedding.
"Lake house"
In the science fiction film “Lake House” in 2006, the acting duo of Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock embodied on the screen a magnificent love story, shared not only by distance but also by time. As many as two years separate the main characters from each other. And their only connection is the letters that they leave in a mystical mailbox, located next to the house near the lake, in which the heroine lives in the future, and the hero in the past.
The plot of the film is very intricate, but the audience will definitely like to unravel this tangle of relationships. In 2006, a lone female doctor, Kate, moves out of a rented house on the lake, leaving a letter in the mailbox of his future tenant apologizing for the dog’s paw prints. This letter, dated 2006, is found in his mailbox by architect Alex, who lives in a house by the lake and does not understand what is at stake. However, at that moment, a dog appears from somewhere and, stained with paint, leaves traces for which Kate apologized in her letter ... Extremely surprised Alex leaves Kate a reply message.
