The medication presented prevents the formation of blood clots, inhibits the activity of enzymes such as hyaluronidases, and also activates the fibrinolytic properties of human blood. In addition, the drug significantly improves blood microcirculation, and also activates tissue metabolism, as a result of which the process of resorption of any hematomas is accelerated.

100 grams of this product contains the active ingredient (heparin sodium) 100,000 IU, auxiliary (methyl parahydroxybenzoate) - 120 mg, carbomer 940 - 1250 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 30 mg, lavender oil - 50 mg, 96% ethyl alcohol - 30 ml, nerolium oil - 50 mg, triethanolamine - 850 mg.
This tool is used for:
- superficial vein diseases;
- chronic venous insufficiency, as well as any complications associated with it (for example, such as periphlebitis or thrombophlebitis);
- blunt injuries and bruises of soft tissues;
- varicose veins;
- subcutaneous hematomas;
- localized infiltrate;
- swelling of the soft tissues.

For external use, this drug is squeezed out of a tube with a column of 4-10 centimeters in length (depending on the size of the affected area), and then evenly applied to the skin with light massaging movements. It is recommended to carry out such procedures from 1 to 3 times a day.
It is worth noting that the presented tool is sometimes used for rectal administration (for example, with thrombosis of hemorrhoids).
