Now we will tell you how to make lobio from red beans. Dry red beans, so that it cooks faster, soak for several hours in water. Water is changed twice, damaged beans are removed. Before cooking, the beans are washed, then filled with water so that it covers it and cook, covered with a lid for several hours until the water is completely evaporated.

If the beans are cooked, but the water remains - it is drained, but if there is not enough water - add boiling water. This dish can be prepared in the form of porridge, and in general. How to cook lobio from beans so that everyone likes it?
We offer you a very interesting recipe that combines both of these types. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:

* Red beans 800 gr
* 4 onions
* Garlic 2-3 cloves
*Vegetable oil
* Cilantro, ground coriander 2 teaspoons, sea salt
* Wine vinegar 2 tablespoons

The washed beans are poured with cold water and boiled for 15 minutes, then the water is drained. After this, the beans are again poured with water and cooked until ready for two hours, adding water, if necessary. Now the beans need to be crushed so that half the grains turn into porridge.

Finely chopped onions should be fried in vegetable oil and mixed with crushed beans and finely chopped cilantro, add crushed garlic, coriander and wine vinegar. Salt is added to taste. It turns out very tasty bean porridge.

Lobio can be lean - with nuts and herbs, and hearty - with meat, cheese and eggs. Canned beans are not suitable for this dish.
Green beans, from which green lobio is made, are also called vegetable beans. If the beans are fresh, only from the garden, then lobio from green beans is prepared immediately, without soaking. And if you bought it in a store or in the market, then you need to put it in cold water for two hours, then pull out the veins. Green lobio can be prepared from canned and frozen pods.

Green lobio cooked with lamb. Breast should be cut into pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a saucepan. Then you need to add finely chopped onions and simmer for 15 minutes along with the meat. Bean pods need to be cut into pieces of 4-5 centimeters, add to the meat and pour boiling broth. The dish is stewed until the meat is cooked, then seasoned with crushed garlic, pepper, green mint and parsley are added and kept for half an hour so that the meal is saturated with spices and the aroma of herbs.

In another embodiment, the recipe from green beans contains eggs instead of meat. It will take 1 kilogram of green beans, 2 cups of water or broth, 3-4 onions, herbs, pepper, salt, 150 grams of ghee and 3 eggs. When the beans are ready and the pods are boiled, they are seasoned with chopped herbs and stewed for 10 minutes in ghee. Beat eggs and pour beans. After 3-4 minutes, the meal is ready and it can be served, but you can cool it first.
