Delicious and tender pumpkin and apple pancakes: how to cook?

Pumpkin and apple fritters are very tender, tasty and juicy. Such an unusual dessert is best done for breakfast, because after it comes a lot of satiety, and I absolutely do not want to eat until late in the afternoon. In addition, these flour products with vegetables and fruits are much more useful than ordinary pancakes, which were cooked in kefir or milk.

Essential ingredients for the base:

  • whole pumpkin or a slice of a large vegetable - 350 g;
  • medium-sized sweet apple - 2 pcs.;
  • village milk of maximum fat content - ½ cup;
  • granulated sugar - 1 large spoon (if desired, you can increase);
  • flour, sifted, wheat - 4 large spoons with a hill;
  • standard chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • small iodized salt - add to taste;
  • refined sunflower oil for frying products.

Pumpkin and apple fritters are prepared from fresh vegetables and fruits (not boiled). Thus, you need to purchase a small piece of soft pumpkin, and then wash it well, peel it, peel, seeds and coarse fibers. After this, the product needs to be grated and put in a deep bowl.
