A neck or ham is well suited, if there is fat or hymen in it, then it is advisable to remove them. A whole piece of meat needs to be washed. We will not cut it into pieces, it will be prepared in its entirety. This reduces the cooking time. While the excess liquid drains from the meat, you need to prepare a brine from water and salt. If extra grains remain at the bottom of the container with brine, then it is advisable to remove them. To do this, you can simply transfer to another container, and leave the sediment.

We put the meat in a deep pan, fill it with previously prepared brine, cover with a lid. Then put in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Well, if prepared for the night, and the rest can be done in the morning.

  1. Take the whole chicken. Remove the peel, and chop the rest of the meat into pieces.
  2. Mix all the spices and salt to taste. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. Or just crush with a knife.
  3. Prepare an elastic bandage. Fold it in such a way that it looks like a bag in which you will need to put meat. Form it to make a beautiful and neat piece.
  4. Tie tightly and coat a piece with a mixture of previously prepared seasonings.
  5. Pour some water into the multicooker bowl, this is necessary so that the meat does not burn out and is juicier.
  6. Set the mode "Extinguishing", and the time - 1 hour 30 minutes. But this is indicative, since it all depends on the size of a piece of meat. For example, if the chicken was 2 kg in weight, then cook it the indicated time, and if less, then an hour will be enough.

Cooking ham in a ham greatly simplifies the process. To prepare it, you need the following products:

  • 0.5 kg of pork;
  • 0.5 kg of beef;
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
