At the same time, tasting certain foods, each of us remembers that their excessive use can be displayed on the figure and even health. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of extra pounds, we try to choose lighter, lower-calorie and healthy dishes. For example, sauté from chickens, which is also incredibly tasty and nutritious.

It came to us from France. Being lovers of proper nutrition, Parisians always try to eat the most dietary products. Therefore, sauteed chicken is a good option for those who are afraid to get better, but at the same time want to satisfy their hunger and get maximum vitamins and minerals.
No matter how strange it sounds, but this dish is the so-called French fast food, that's just absolutely not harmful, like the same American hot dogs or fried potatoes. It was called fast food only because of the speed with which the housewives serve the finished meal on the table. Usually the time period from slicing the ingredients to the presentation takes about half an hour.
The composition of the goodies can include meat or fish, vegetables, cheese, greens. The word "sauté" comes from saute, which is translated from French as "jump". The thing is that during cooking the cook constantly throws food components in a frying pan. At the same time, they cannot be disturbed with a spatula, otherwise the vegetables will let in juice and the dish will not be so tasty anymore.
Eggplant Chicken Sauté
The finished dish turns out to be very satisfying, since the purple vegetable included in it can be pre-fried in breadcrumbs or flour. Such a chicken saute , the recipe of which is quite simple and understandable for every housewife, is not ashamed to serve for dinner to household or welcome guests for a dinner party. All you need is chicken breast, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini and garlic cloves (all in 2 pieces).
To begin with, we cut the poultry meat into cubes, the remaining ingredients - in circles. Rub the garlic on a grater. Soak the eggplant for half an hour in water - this way it will be possible to remove the bitterness that is inherent in the vegetable. At this time, in a pan, melt a little butter, fry the onions and garlic. Add the
chicken fillet. When the meat has found a golden crust, we attach tomatoes and zucchini to it. Meanwhile, fry the eggplants in a separate frying pan in a breading, and then add them in a sauté. Pour the dish with a small amount of broth, salt and pepper to taste and simmer under the lid, periodically shaking the contents of the pan. Serve hot.
With olives and cheese
Such a chicken sauté is juicy and vibrant. For its preparation, it is advisable to buy pitted olives. It is recommended to add seasonings carefully, as there are already salted products among the ingredients. You will need: half a chicken, a sprig of rosemary, a few cloves of garlic. As well as a can of olives, tomatoes in their own juice (500 ml), any soft cheese or feta cheese (200 gr), meat broth (250 ml).
We cut the meat into small pieces. In a pan, melt 50 grams of butter and add rosemary to it. When the twig gives flavor, put in a container two bay leaves and grated garlic. Then gently spread the chicken and fry it until half ready. From tomatoes in a blender we make a homogeneous mass and pour meat with this liquid. Add broth and spices to the fragrant sauté. When it is almost ready, we add the whole olives and diced cheese. The finished dish, like any other chicken sauté, can be served with a side dish: pasta or potatoes.
Wine recipe
This is an ordinary sauté of vegetables with chicken. One difference: thanks to the wine and curry seasoning, it turns out to be sweetish, while giving a barely noticeable sourness. Before the cooking process, we stock up on such components: chicken breast, multi-colored bell pepper (one each of red, yellow and green), tomato, stalk of leek, various seasonings. You will also need a teaspoon of curry and one tablespoon of wine: it is better if it is semi-sweet white.
We cut the meat and pepper into identical pieces, onion into thin rings. We pour the tomato over with boiling water and remove the skin from it, chop the tomato into small pieces. First, fry the bird in a frying pan, then add leek, tomato and pepper. Pour in the wine. When the excess liquid evaporates, season the dish with a small amount of tomato paste and broth, seasonings and spices. Stew until fully cooked. This saute is very savory with white rice or pasta. You can eat as an independent dish, putting it in portions in small plates.
Chicken saute with mushrooms
The dish is delicious and very tasty. If you want to treat them to household members, buy 500 grams of chicken meat, 200 grams of porcini mushrooms, and four tomatoes at the store. The kitchen should also have flour, prepared broth, tomato paste, onion, parsley, pepper and salt. We cut the bird into cubes, roll it in flour and fry in butter. In a separate container, cook the mushrooms, sliced ​​in plates.
Finely chopped onions and tomatoes are added to the pan with chicken. After a little stew, we attach tomato paste and broth to them: it should cover the meat completely. Spread the fried mushrooms on top and simmer for about 20 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
