Fried shrimp in soy sauce and other sauces

Recently, the presence of all kinds of salads and other dishes with shrimp on the table will not surprise anyone. These small crustaceans very firmly established their positions on the tables in almost every family. Shrimp meat is unusually tender, slightly brackish. The availability of any kind of shrimp in stores allows you to treat yourself to them at any time of the year. Fried shrimp in soy sauce or as an ingredient in a salad, perhaps just brewed with lemon for beer - this can go on for a long time, the bottom line is that people eat shrimp with pleasure. And the most interesting thing is that the more they are consumed, the more they are imbued with their taste and aroma, they become connoisseurs of seafood.

Shrimp are different. For example, in size: from two to thirty centimeters. By type: Atlantic, or cold-water (small), and warm-water (large). Of the largest, the most popular and available for sale are king prawns and tiger prawns. They can also be different in color: there are bluish-white, brown and pink, but when they are cooked, then everything turns orange.

Choose the product in the store carefully and carefully. It is better to take weighted ones, to make sure that there is not too much ice on the shrimp itself, so that the tails are all tightened (since the less the tail is shrunk on a frozen shrimp, the more it lies unfrozen). If you buy packaged in bags, then it is necessary that there is less snow in the bag itself, and the shrimp should look exactly the same as the weight.

Fried shrimp in soy sauce

Ingredients: half a kilogram of frozen shrimp (better larger, for example, king), three tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive) and garlic (three to four cloves, to taste), soy sauce (20 - 30 grams) and spices to taste - salt, red pepper, etc.

First you need to peel the shrimp and wash it with cold water. Dry on a napkin or paper towel. Heat the pan as much as possible, add oil (vegetable or olive), add garlic (finely chopped) and fry lightly. Put shrimp, some more vegetable or olive oil, fry for several minutes, turning over. Add spices to taste. Then pour in soy sauce, cover and simmer for a minute or two. Fried prawns in soy sauce are ready. Serve with chopped herbs.

To cook fried shrimp with soy sauce, you can follow the above procedure, only serve soy sauce to the table, and not add to the pan.

Fried shrimp in sauce can be prepared in different ways, depending on preferences. It can be either fried shrimp in soy sauce or spicy sauce (it includes: ketchup, garlic, chili or just red pepper, soy sauce), in garlic sauce and in various others.

Lemon sauce

For its preparation you will need: lemon (you can lime, if any), half a teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper. Squeeze juice from lemon and add spices. Mix well.

Fried shrimp in soy sauce can be supplemented with lemon (there will be a sour taste).

Tatar sauce

For it you will need: one hundred grams of mayonnaise, finely chopped green onion feathers, according to Art. spoonful of capers, chopped gherkins, fresh parsley. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. You can vary the piquancy of the sauce and add more either gherkins or capers.

For shrimp, almost any sauce will be a great addition, because the taste of crustaceans is very delicate. The main thing is not to forget, choosing a sauce, that it should not interrupt the taste of shrimp, but only shade and complement it.
