Amiksin is children's

Many believe that colds and other respiratory diseases can not be treated, they say, they will go away on their own, without medical intervention. Specialists, in turn, argue that this opinion is erroneous. Any infection requires appropriate treatment, which will help to avoid possible complications, as well as the transition to a chronic form. Ignoring a mild runny nose, for example, can cause it to develop into pneumonia or sinusitis. So, timely and correct treatment of ARVI will certainly contribute to a quick recovery without complications.

Taking into account the viral-bacterial and viral etiology of such diseases, etiotropic therapy should be based on, first of all, antibacterial and antiviral agents. At the same time, most clinical studies show that in a number of specific cases the appointment of immunomodulatory and immunocorrection substances will be appropriate and correct.

It is known that immunomodulating agents for acute respiratory diseases can have both a therapeutic effect and a preventive effect. Amiksin Children's is one of the inducers of endogenous interferon. It can be used to treat children older than seven years. A popular analogue of the drug is "Anaferon for Children" (an inducer of the synthesis of interferon in babies from six months).

It's no secret that such immunostimulants have a pronounced effect on the immune system. However, the decision to use them in treatment is made only after the exact determination of the type of immune system dysfunction with clear indications. The therapy itself is carried out exclusively with clinical monitoring and immunological control. However, plant adaptogens, bacterial lysates and their possible synthetic analogues do not require any preliminary examination, since such drugs are well tolerated and increase the chances of proper pharmacological immunocorrection, especially in the case of children who are sick more often than others. Further, we will focus on the Amiksin medicine and its administration to children.
