The meringue recipe is as follows:

We take up the biscuit dough: mix sugar, eggs, sour cream, beat to a homogeneous consistency, add soda, slaked with vinegar, flour. Mix the resulting mass, then add the cocoa.

We heat the baking dish in the oven, coat the edges and bottom with butter, pour out the dough, you can put sheets of paper on top. Bake for 30 minutes. The cooking temperature is 180-200 degrees.

After cooking, take out the biscuit, cool. If you do not let it cool and start making a cake, then it will quickly deteriorate, so try to follow this advice. The resulting biscuit must be cut lengthwise into two cakes.

Beat the condensed milk, add the oil that you previously softened. Then whisk again.

After our biscuit has cooled, carefully coat it with cream. We spread the meringue (homemade or purchased) on the lower cake, carefully coat it with cream so that all the parts stick together.

Coat the whole cake with cream: sides and top. In the cream for decoration, add cocoa, whip it. Decorate the cake, sprinkle with nuts or chocolate balls.
