early years
The author of the story of Angelica - Anne Golon - was in fact the name of Simon Shanget . She was born in December 1921. The hometown of the writer is Toulon. Ann's father was a naval officer. Simone showed her ability to draw quite early, and eventually began to write. When she turned eighteen, she created the first work. It was published only in 1944. And then, in the late thirties, Simone worked as a journalist in one of the local newspapers.
War
Even before the war began, Simone and her family moved to Versailles. The Germans occupied France. Simone went cycling towards the south. There, to the border with Spain, she was attracted by freedom, as it turned out, ghostly. The traveler failed to reach the goal. At the border, the Germans detained her . Could shoot. But Simone fearlessly stated that she is an artist and travels in search of inspiration. She was released, the German officer even wrote out a pass.

This man was born in Bukhara in 1903. When the revolution happened, the fourteen-year-old was alone in Sevastopol. Father was a consul in Iran (Persia), sent his son to Crimea in 1917 to study . No one expected that after a few months Russia would be engulfed by the Civil War. Miraculously, Vsevolod managed to get out of Sevastopol and get to Marseille, where his parents were waiting.
Golubinov , like his wife, loved to travel from childhood. He was engaged in geology, painting, in the forties his book " Gift of Reza Khan " was published. How he ended up in the Congo is unknown. The main thing is that here he met Simone Shanzhe , whom he soon married.
Versailles
