It is salads that allow housewives to constantly experiment with the taste qualities of daily dishes. They provide an opportunity to diversify our diet and please the household. But all the newfangled books and magazines with salad recipes contain a huge amount of incredible ingredients. Among them, it is quite difficult to choose something worthwhile, not to mention how much time it takes to cook them.
Is there really no suitable recipe to cook a quick but tasty salad in a hurry? Of course have! This is everyone's favorite Olivier, crab. But these salads are already fed up. If you want something tasty and original, this article is for you!
Whipped up salad does not require much time for its preparation. Less than 10 minutes and tasty, and most importantly healthy cold appetizer is ready! And, therefore, for the salad you will need products that do not require additional processing (which do not need to be boiled, steamed, fried). Suitable foods for salad include:
- fruits (apple, orange, lemon),
- fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, radishes, peppers), canned corn ,
- legumes (canned or fresh green peas, beans),
- from meat - sausages, smoked meats (chicken meat), crab sticks, canned squids,
- greens,
- mushrooms (e.g. fresh champignons or canned)
- nuts (mostly walnuts),
- as well as cheese, garlic cloves, onions, olives, olives, and crackers.
You can take boiled eggs for salads. While they are boiling, you can have time to chop all the other products. And, of course, you will need mayonnaise for dressing (or sour cream, sunflower, olive oil). And the salad is ready! And what else can you cook whipped up, as tasty and healthy as a salad?

Quick Salad No. 1
You will need: cauliflower, feta cheese, walnuts, onions. For dressing: sour cream. To enhance the taste: salt, herbs. True, in order to prepare this salad, everything will have to be subjected to heat treatment: you need to cook the cabbage, having previously sorted it into inflorescences. But this will not increase the time for preparing the salad, because the cabbage will be ready in 7 minutes, unless, of course, it was frozen (then the cooking time will increase to 15 minutes).
Quick Salad No. 2
Radish - the most healthy summer vegetable, can be combined in a salad with liver, red bell pepper. Again, a short heat treatment of the liver will be required: lightly fry in a pan with sunflower oil. It remains to cut everything into cubes or pods (it is better to grate the radish) and season the salad with salt, mayonnaise, herbs.
The easiest summer salads
We take tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers. Dice the tomato, rub the rest on a fine grater. Dressed with sour cream salad. For decoration, use a sprig of parsley.
Or: cut radish, lettuce, cucumber and mix with boiled eggs, season with mayonnaise, salt.
You can make a salad only from cucumber and eggs, but use lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, ground black pepper and herbs for dressing.
Korean salads
Also, a salad is prepared very quickly from Korean products already prepared for a snack: asparagus, carrot with spices, noodles and other ingredients that are so well placed on the shelves of modern supermarkets. For example, a salad of ham, cheese, Korean carrots, cucumber and boiled eggs. Or from asparagus, Chinese carrots, peppers, onions, seasoned with sunflower oil. You can add garlic and a little salt.
