  • 2 kilograms of cucumbers;
  • 70-90 g of salt;
  • horseradish (root and foliage);
  • bell pepper and bitter;
  • twigs with leaves of cherry and black currant;
  • tarragon;
  • inflorescences of dill;
  • black pepper peas;
  • garlic.

Cucumbers must be soaked in cold water for a couple of hours. All greens must be washed. Peel and chop the horseradish root. You can cut it as you like: slices, slices or circles. Garlic cloves can also be cut into a couple of parts. The "butt" of the cucumbers can not be cut, they will still be salted.
