No stress and alcohol - glycine, a new generation formula.

Glycine contains aminoacetic acid, which is actually not a medicine, but a biotic, and has a regulatory effect on metabolic processes, especially in the cerebral cortex. One of the rare drugs that activate the central nervous system is glycine, the formula of which practically gives no side effects. At the same time, glycine normalizes the process of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, relieves emotional stress, improves brain activity.

In its chemical composition, glycine (its formula is C2H5NO2) is a simple aliphatic amino acid without optical isomers. The drug is an alpha1-adenoblocker, an antioxidant, exhibits an antitoxic effect, regulates the activity of NMDA receptors. For more than ten years, glycine has been prescribed to children from a very young age, to which it helps to remove the problems of hyperactivity, poor sleep, and improves memory and attention in schoolchildren.

Since glycine MCPP improves metabolic processes in the brain, the drug is used in many cases associated with a violation of its work, regardless of the origin of these disorders.

For head injuries accompanied by concussion, glycine, whose chemical properties help to cope with the consequences, is taken for several days at an increased dosage, gradually switching to normal (1 tablet 3 times a day). It should be noted that the effect of the drug is significantly reduced if it is taken as a regular medicine. Glycine must be put under the tongue, so it is absorbed better and faster has the desired effect.

Glycine avoids the use of severe psychotropic drugs for diseases such as vegetative-vascular dystonia (in case of panic attacks), reduces depressive syndrome, and helps fight stress in adverse life situations.

The use of glycine is very effective in combating the manifestations of drug addiction and alcoholism. The fact is that the receptors of both the brain and spinal cord, which are sensitive to the action of the drug, overwhelmingly act on neurons. Therefore, the drug is simultaneously a mild antidepressant, tranquilizer and sedative. It is those anxious conditions from which many people are saved by alcohol that are perfectly removed by glycine, suppressing symptoms of overexcitation and aggression.

In addition, glycine is very effective in getting out of an alcoholic hangover, which is characterized by poor health and is often the cause of new prolonged abuse. Ethyl alcohol, decomposing in the body, forms acetaldehyde - a toxic substance that needs to be neutralized and removed from the body as soon as possible. Once in the body, glycine (the formula of its composition has such a feature) reacts with acetaldehyde and forms a harmless compound acetylglycine, from which enzymes, proteins and hormones are then synthesized. Again, by providing a calming effect and clearing the head, it prevents the appearance of a craving for alcohol.

Taking the drug during withdrawal symptoms is slightly increased compared to the norm, and gradually, after removing the most severe symptoms, it is brought to the usually recommended dosage, followed by a transition to preventive use.

Glycine is taken in courses. The duration of the course can be from two weeks to four. During the year, such courses are usually several, but although glycine does not have contraindications, like any medical product, it is better to take it under the supervision of a doctor.

The basis for the manufacture of glycine, in general, is the cartilage of cattle. You can replace glycine with ordinary jelly, its formula is very similar. In ordinary jelly, glycine is in large quantities, and in gelatin up to 20%. Therefore, when planning a feast, it is nice to have jellied fish, jelly or at least marmalade on the table.

Glycine with prophylactic use is able to solve many problems, both at home and at work. The drug will help to avoid unnecessary conflicts and rash actions dictated by an emotionally unstable state.
