2. Italian parmesan sweets
Ingredients: one hundred grams of parmesan or grana padano and dark chocolate.
Parmesan is broken into small pieces, the chocolate is drowned in a steam bath. Slices of cheese are dipped in chocolate and laid on parchment paper for hardening.

4. Italian desserts - jasmine ice cream
Ingredients: fifty jasmine flowers, one hundred and fifty grams of sugar, one cinnamon stick or scorzoner root, one stack of rum, four squirrels.
The flowers are placed in a bowl, pour 500 ml of water and left for three hours. The resulting infusion is filtered, poured into a pan, add cinnamon, sugar and boiled, then cooled and filtered again.
Beat whites, mix with infusion and rum. The resulting mass is laid out in a mold and put in the freezer. When the ice cream congeals somewhat, it is removed, thoroughly whipped and again put in the cold. This procedure is repeated several times. Dessert is served in tall glasses or glass bowls.
