For dessert - jelly. A recipe for all time

We are used to fruit jelly, the recipe of which is known to absolutely all housewives. Moreover, for its preparation you need ingredients that are almost always at hand. However, in fact, there are many options for this refreshing, low-calorie and delicious dessert. It remains only to take note and surprise your family with new dishes.

Curd Jelly

You can quickly make curd jelly. Its recipe is very old and is known almost all over the world. You need cottage cheese, and if you want sweeter, cottage cheese mass (about 400 grams) is also suitable. Necessarily need a glass of sour cream, as much sugar and water. Not without fruit. There is the opportunity to use bananas, and peaches, and apples. Finally, gelatin will be the king in this dish.

A bag of gelatin is poured with hot water. In this state, he is left for a quarter of an hour to swell. In a separate bowl, meanwhile, sugar, cottage cheese and sour cream are mixed. Later gelatin is added here and everything is thoroughly mixed again. Fruits are cut into a deep container or a special mold and laid out at the bottom. Top them with the resulting mixture and sent to the refrigerator to freeze the jelly. This usually takes 2-3 hours. Then put the dessert on a plate and decorate it with fruits, powder, chocolate or almond flakes.

Jelly with chocolate

It’s easy to make chocolate jelly. Its recipe is quite simple, and supernatural ingredients are not required. You only need 4 cups of milk, a half bar of chocolate, a third of a glass of sugar, a pack of gelatin and a little vanilla.

The milk is heated over low heat and chocolate is rubbed into it and sugar is poured. Everything is thoroughly mixed until dissolved. Vanillin and gelatin are also added here. All this is put on fire again, it is necessary to stir, you have to wait until the mixture begins to boil. Only after that the aromatic liquid is poured into molds and sent to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Honey jelly. Original recipe

You can surprise your guests with beautiful jelly made from honey. To prepare, you need half a glass of this useful product (honey), 1 pack of gelatin, lemon juice and water (at least 4 glasses). The honey itself is bred in water, and this mixture is put on fire. As soon as it boils, it is removed from the stove and the gelatin is poured, after which it is again sent to the fire until it boils. Finally, in the future jelly, add lemon juice (literally 1 tablespoon) and pour it into molds or beautiful wine glasses, which are sent to the refrigerator in order to solidify properly.

Berry jelly

It is possible to cook berry jelly, the recipe requires the following ingredients:

  • Water,
  • Berries (can be frozen),
  • Sugar,
  • Lemon acid,
  • Gelatin.

To begin with, a bag of gelatin is soaked in water (you can cold). In the meantime, the berries are prepared. They can be different, to the taste of the hostess. They are washed and squeezed juice. The rest is filled with 3 glasses of water and put on fire. Thus, you need to boil this berry mixture and only then strain it and add half a glass of sugar and a little citric acid to give the original jelly taste. All this is again brought to a boil, and then gelatin gets there, which are thoroughly mixed in the mixture. The obtained berry juice is poured here, and the liquid is ready for the process of transfusion into molds, which later fall into the refrigerator.

Ukrainian jelly. Alcohol recipe

Very adults like soft and tender jelly called Vershivka. This dish comes from Ukraine. And to create it you need wine (about 25 g), a bag of gelatin, cream (you can fatty, 400 g), sugar (a little more than 0.5 cups) and vanillin.

Gelatin, as usual, dissolves in warm water and wine, vanillin (about the tip of a knife), and sugar are added to it. All this is put on the stove and brought to a boil. After the syrup is cooled and filtered. Separately, using a mixer, whip the cream and pour them into a sweet gelatin mixture. And now, the resulting mass is sent to the molds and to the refrigerator.

Jelly is always a very original dessert. However, it’s not difficult to cook it!
