  1. We take out the insides of the mackerel, cut off the fins, tail and doused with warm water.
  2. We thoroughly wash it from the blood and dry it on a paper towel.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix black tea and granulated sugar.
  4. Cut the lemon into thin circles.
  5. Onion finely chopped.
  6. We make transverse cuts on the fish fillet and add onion and lemon to it, sprinkle with spices.
  7. We cut a little foil and roll it on the work surface.
  8. Pour a mixture of tea and sugar onto the foil, then shift the mackerel with the onion and lemon slices.
  9. Carefully wrap and fasten the edges of the foil.

  1. Fill the carcass of the fish with cold water and leave for a couple of minutes.
  2. Drain the excess liquid and rub it with salt and seasonings.

  4. We open the bag or sleeve for baking, transfer our main ingredient into it, and then pour about a liter of hot water into the multicooker bowl.
  5. In a special container, which is designed for steaming, put the package with mackerel and choose the preparation of "Steamed" for 10-15 minutes.

  7. We turn on the "Baking" mode and wait about 20-25 minutes.

  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;

  • champignons - 125 grams.

  1. To start, we press the garlic under the kitchen press.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
  3. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.
  4. In a deep bowl we combine sour cream with spices.
