Kefir biscuits - a great base for a delicious dessert

Prepare a form in which biscuits will be baked on kefir. Grease the entire inner surface with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or grated cookies. Gently fill the mold with dough and place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

Kefir biscuits are baked in the same way as pies with eggs alone. The time spent in the oven at a constant temperature is 35 minutes. After placing the mold in the oven, do not open it until the end of cooking. The dough is very moody. It may come up poorly or settle. After the prescribed time has elapsed, the form is taken out of the oven. Kefir biscuits are cooled and used to make all kinds of desserts. For this purpose, a variety of sweet fillers and creams, glazes or powders are perfect.
