The drug "Resalute" (instructions for use)

Among the many modern medicines of the new generation, there are those that are designed to normalize the liver. The Rezalyut drug also belongs to them, the instruction for use of which guarantees a good hepatitis protective effect. Its therapeutic effect is due to the influence of the components of the drug on accelerating the process of liver regeneration at the cellular level. This drug contributes to:

- the process of stabilization of cell membranes;

- slowing down the oxidation of lipids;

- suppression of collagen synthesis in the liver.

The drug "Resalute", the instructions for use of which speaks about the effect of the drug on the normalization of lipid metabolism by lowering cholesterol, has a complex mechanism of action on the liver. This metabolism is normalized due to the fact that under the influence of the components of the drug in the liver tissue, the level of formation of linoleic acid and cholesterol esters increases.

Resalut is a medicine consisting of an extract of soybean phospholipids and other medicinal substances, which include phosphatidylcholine and phosphoglycerides (approximately 76%), as well as fatty acids (the main one is linoleic). This medication is intended for oral administration only. Dosage form: gelatinous, colorless, transparent capsules with a viscous liquid of yellow-golden or yellowish-brown color. One capsule contains 600 mg of PPL lipoid, consisting of phospholipids (300 mg), glycerol (120 mg), purified soybean oil (139 mg), triglycerides (41 mg), a-tocopherol (1 mg). If there are no other recommendations of the attending physician, the drug is taken before meals 3 r. 2 capsules per day. Capsules are not chewed, but washed down with a significant amount of liquid. The course of therapy depends on the complexity of the course of the disease.

Recently, doctors are increasingly prescribing the drug Rezalyut. Instructions for use with it indicate such indications:

- chronic hepatitis, fatty degeneration of liver tissue of various etiologies;

- toxic lesions;

- liver cirrhosis, hypercholesterolemia (against the background of ineffective diets and taking medications to reduce weight).

Contraindications - antiphospholipid syndrome, hypersensitivity to phospholipids (soy, peanuts). With caution, it is necessary to take the drug for children under 12 years of age.

To date, there is no evidence of drug intoxication or overdose. Also, cases of incompatibility of this drug with other drugs have not been established. Although it is dispensed without a prescription, before starting a medication, you should consult a specialist about taking different drugs at the same time (especially if there are coumarin anticoagulants among them).

Information on the safety of the use of this drug during pregnancy and lactation is not available, therefore it is taken during this period only as directed by the doctor, when the expected benefit will exceed the expected risk to the fetus. When taking it during lactation, breastfeeding completely stops.

The drug "Resalute", the instructions for which indicate a small number of side effects, is still a fairly new medicine on the shelves of pharmacies, so you can not take it uncontrollably. Before taking it, be sure to consult a doctor.

Possible side effects - diarrhea, pain in the abdomen, urticaria, rarely - rashes petechial, uterine bleeding in the period between menstruation. Most often, such symptoms occur when taking maximum doses of the drug for a long time. Individual intolerance to the components of this drug is not ruled out.
