Kamolino rice is imported to Russia from Egypt, where it is grown according to certain rules. Immediately after harvesting, the grains are ground and then treated with vegetable oil.   1. Rinse the grains, drain the excess liquid, then spread them on paper towels. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Pour a glass of cold water into a small saucepan. Pour 230 grams of washed and dried rice there.
  3. The grains should be saturated with water and swell, so you should wait another 15 minutes.
  4. After the specified time, put the saucepan with rice on medium heat. As soon as the water begins to boil, the fire must be increased to the maximum, and after 1-2 minutes again reduced.

20 minutes after the start of cooking, the rice for the rolls will be ready. In order to make it tender and soft, you should not immediately open the saucepan, it is better to leave it to obscure under the lid for another 10-15 minutes.

Camolino rice can be used as an alternative to regular porridge. And also for making desserts. Rice pudding is a very tasty and tender dish that will appeal even to a small fussy.

Cooking method:

  1. About 200 grams of thoroughly washed grains put in boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain, cool rice slightly.
  3. Heat milk (you can take cow, coconut, oatmeal). Add undercooked rice to it, hold on the stove for 10 minutes, remove.
  4. For the sauce, you need to take a banana or any other fruit, wash, peel, chop in a blender, add sugar.

After the medium-grain rice has cooled, you need to arrange it in portioned bowls, pour fruit sauce and put on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. After 40 minutes, a delicious breakfast is ready.
