Steak pork meat dishes

Cut a pound of pork into pieces with a thickness of at least a centimeter, beat off on both sides, grate with pepper and salt.

Next, two medium raw and peeled potatoes are rubbed on a coarse grater, various finely chopped greens, an egg, a couple of tablespoons of flour are added to them, the ingredients are mixed, salted, flavored with seasonings or pepper.

Each piece of beaten pork on both sides is covered with a thick layer of potato mass and sent to a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Fry briefly, until a beautiful crust appears on both sides.

Then the meat is placed in a baking dish and poured with 200 grams of cream (it is better to take fatter). Top with cheese and send to the already preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Since pork is already in the potatoes, you can don’t cook the side dish and serve in this form.

Pork with bell pepper

Cut a kilogram of pork into medium slices, put on a hot skillet and fry until a crust appears on high heat. After putting the meat in a pan, pour boiling water, add salt and spices, put on medium heat.

Cut a couple of bell peppers (better than colored ones, so the dish will be more beautiful), cut into half rings, send to a pan with meat and mix, add a small can of tomato paste (200 grams).

Chop the three onions in half rings and send them to fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, grate on a fine grater there or pass four cloves of garlic through a crush. As soon as the onion is fried, put it in the pan.

Stewed together for 30 minutes. The finished dish is appropriate to serve with potatoes and garnish with herbs.

Pork meat dishes. In a pot.

The recipe is designed for four pots. Thawed pork tenderloin is taken and cut into small cubes.

A kilogram - one and a half potatoes are peeled and also cut into cubes with a diameter of about a centimeter.

Further, everything is divided into four equal parts by the number of pots and stacked in layers. The first layer is meat. Be sure to salt it and add any spices, you can take prefabricated "For meat".

The second layer is onion. It will take a couple of medium onions, chopped not too finely.

The third layer - potatoes, also salt and season.

The fourth layer is mayonnaise. About 200 grams of sauce mixed with four cloves of garlic and spread evenly in potted potatoes.

The last fifth layer is a lot of cheese to completely cover the mayonnaise.

Put in a preheated oven, the dish will cook for 40 - 50 minutes.

There are drawbacks in this meat, pork meat dishes are very fatty, so nutritionists do not recommend eating them daily, otherwise it can simply lead to obesity. And obesity affects the work of the whole organism, which leads to various kinds of diseases. And again - special attention should be paid to heat treatment and frying of meat until cooked.
