I suggest a way to deliciously close cherry tomatoes without spending a lot of energy. To begin with, we select only ripe and whole fruits. Rinse the cans thoroughly. My tomatoes and put in a pan. Now fill them with boiling water and wait about 15 minutes. After that, take out the tomatoes and immediately transfer to cold water for 2 minutes. Thanks to these actions, you can easily remove the skin. Next, lay the vegetables in jars. Add 75 grams of salt, a large spoonful of vinegar, 100 grams of sugar, a few grains of pepper, two leaves of bay leaves, a clove of garlic, chopped onion and bell pepper into the water in which the blanched cherry is added. We bring the marinade to a boil and fill it with jars. These ingredients are designed for a three-liter jar (per liter of liquid). We close the containers with lids and leave to cool, after wrapping them up. It turns out delicious cherry tomatoes in their own juice, moderately spicy and not at all sharp.

For one three-liter jar you will need about 1.5 kg of cherry tomatoes, the same number of tomatoes for tomato juice, dill, pepper, garlic, horseradish, one large spoon of salt and two large tablespoons of granulated sugar. Choose ripe and springy tomatoes. For tomato, you can take very ripe and soft fruits. Good tomatoes are the key to success. Better if they are also sweet. First make tomato or juice. We use a juicer, a meat grinder or a blender - that is, what is available.

How to deliciously close cherry tomatoes

Now we prepare the banks. They need to be washed and sterilized. At the bottom of each container we put sprigs of dill, horseradish, garlic, sweet and hot peppers. We choose spices to your taste. Next, lay the cherry tomatoes. You can prick their skin with a toothpick so that it remains intact. Now fill each jar with boiling water, cover with lids and leave to warm. After 20 minutes, drain the water and pour boiling water again at the same time. Meanwhile, boil tomato juice with sugar and salt. Depending on the sweetness of tomatoes, you can add one of two ingredients. After that, drain the water from the cans and fill them with hot tomato. Roll up the cherry tomatoes in their own juice with lids and wrap them. When they cool, put the jars in a cold place. Tasty and moderately spicy tomatoes will become one of the most favorite snacks.
