So it has long been customary that every housewife always tries to surprise guests with something exotic, unusual and necessarily tasty. It's no secret that a good salad will serve as an occasion for requests to tell you which ingredients it contains.

If the appetizer includes products such as chicken and pineapple, then some housewives can take it for Barsky salad (recipes with photos are presented below), but in fact, in different sources, the stages of preparation of this salad and the list of products included in its composition are different. Someone replaces boiled chicken with smoked, someone uses ham or sausage instead, and someone makes a salad with meat.

Salad "Barsky", prepared in this way, involves the use of the following products:

  • chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • canned pineapples - 1 can;
  • fresh mushrooms (preferably champignons) - 0.3 kg;
  • large onion;
  • hard cheese - 0.3 kg;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • soy sauce;
  • greens for decoration.

To start, wash the chicken fillet and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Then we take it out of the pan and let it cool. While the filet cools, you can start preparing the rest of the salad ingredients.

We take the mushrooms, carefully rinse and cut them along (straws) and set aside for now.

The next step in preparing the salad is preparing the onion. It should be cleaned and cut into half rings. After that, pour a little sunflower oil into the pan, heat it and spread the prepared onions. Fry until golden brown. As soon as the onion is browned, put the chopped champignons in the pan, mix everything and leave to simmer for another 10-15 minutes, at the end of the stew add the teaspoon of soy sauce to the mushrooms and turn off the heat.

But do not rush to transfer the ready-made mushrooms to the dish, let them stand for a while under the lid and absorb the whole aroma of the sauce.

During the preparation of the mushrooms, the chicken fillet has already cooled down, so the time has come for slicing it. This work is quite painstaking, because you need to chop finely. After the meat is ready, you can put it in a deep bowl or salad bowl.

Now let's prepare the rest of the salad ingredients. Open the pineapples, drain the juice from them and spread on the chicken. If pineapples are cut into circles, then they must first be cut into small pieces. Next, lay out the hard-boiled eggs and grated on a coarse grater. Rub the cheese on top.

It's time to mix all the components so that they are evenly distributed. Next, add the fried mushrooms with onions and mix again. We season the resulting dish with mayonnaise, mix again and decorate with greens if desired.

"Barsky" with pineapple and chicken

Barsky Salad with Chicken and Beans

This recipe excludes the use of pineapples, mushrooms and cheese in the preparation, so the taste in the salad is completely different.

To prepare this dish you will need the following products:

  • chicken breast - 300 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • beans - 200 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • greens.

Salad "Barsky" with chicken and beans is prepared very quickly and easily, but you need to prepare the beans in advance. In the evening, it should be soaked in running cold water for 1-1.5 hours, and then boiled until tender. You can go for a trick and use ready-made canned beans.

When the beans are ready, they need to be combined with chopped herbs and diced boiled breast, eggs and potatoes. In this form, you need to season the salad with mayonnaise and add pepper and salt to taste.

Ham Barsky Salad

To start, prepare:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 150 g of pickled mushrooms;
  • 150 g of ham;
  • green onions;
  • mayonnaise.

  1. Rubbed boiled potatoes.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs and grate.
  3. Chop green onions.

Barsky Salad with Olives and Pineapples

This salad is completely different from the previous ones, but the name has the same. He is very light, fast. And most importantly, useful, as it is prepared without the use of mayonnaise. On the table it looks very juicy and bright.

For cooking, take:

  • smoked or cured meat - 200 g;
  • canned pineapples - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • olives - 15 pcs.;
  • lettuce (if desired, can be replaced with Beijing cabbage;
