The drug "Rovatinex" (analogue of "Urolesan", "Blemaren", "Cystone") is a diuretic and antispasmodic. It has been used in more than sixty countries for half a century.
Today, of course, there are a great many medicines used to remove stones (stones) from the ureters and kidneys. A special place in the treatment of urolithiasis is occupied by herbal preparations, which are obtained from terpenes (certain carbohydrates) contained in essential oils of coniferous trees. All these properties contribute to an improvement in the upper parts of the urinary tract of urodynamics (excretion of urine), more rapid excretion of sand, stones or their fragments against the background of renal colic or as a result of destruction by remote lithotripsy (shock wave DLT) or other methods of surgical treatment of urolithiasis .
The herbal medicine "Rovatinex" is able to increase the concentration of glucuronic acid (participating in detoxification processes) and protective colloids (preventing the formation of sediment). Thus, taking the product prevents the formation of new stones. Given the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of the herbal medicine "Rovatinex", the instruction allows its use in chronic inflammation without exacerbation, as well as during the treatment of acute inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.
The drug is prescribed for oral administration (orally) with meals.
The herbal medicine "Rovatinex" instruction recommends that patients older than fourteen years old take one or two capsules three times a day. The dosage can be increased (on the recommendation of a doctor) to two to three capsules four to five times a day with renal colic. Children from six to fourteen years of age are prescribed twice a day in one capsule.

The phytopreparation "Rovatinex" is contraindicated for children under six years of age, with hypersensitivity to the components.
The drug should be taken with caution simultaneously with oral anticoagulants (preventing coagulation) and drugs metabolized in the liver.
Rovatinex is not recommended for lactation and in the first trimester of the antenatal period.
The drug should not be used with severe colic in the kidneys, severe urinary tract infections, anuria (lack of urine output).
When conducting therapy using the Rovatinex drug, it is recommended to increase the amount of fluid used.
To eliminate the symptoms of an overdose, gastric lavage is used (within one to two hours from the moment of taking the drug). Mandatory monitoring of the patient is established, treatment is carried out in accordance with the symptoms (if necessary).
