Pangasius cannot be called a popular culinary product; it appeared on our market not so long ago, but is gaining more and more demand, and dishes from its fillet are increasingly found on tables of modern hostesses. It not only has a pleasant mild taste, but also has a complete lack of bones, that is, it is sold in a fully processed and frozen form. It remains only to wait until the fillet has melted, and begin to cook. So how to cook pangasius fillet?

Pangasius fillet , recipe with cheese and mushrooms

About 700 grams of thawed fillet is cut into identical portioned pieces, about the size of a square decimeter. Grate each slice with salt, seasonings or just pepper, taste everything and lay on a baking sheet.

Two medium tomatoes are cut into thin semicircles and laid on top of the fillet. It will turn out two - three pieces on one layer of fish.

About 100 grams of champignons (it is better to take fresh unfrozen and whole) cut into thin plates and lay on tomatoes.

Sprinkle each piece with grated cheese. The amount is to your taste, someone likes it when a thick crust of processed cheese is formed, and someone prefers a thin one. But about 100 grams will go away.

It remains only to put the pan in the oven for about 30 minutes and the pangasius fillet is ready! Can be served with boiled potatoes (mashed potatoes) or rice.

Pangasius fillet, fish cake recipe

Four pieces of whole fillet are taken, it is not necessary to cut it. Each rubbed with spices (you can use special "For fish") and salt, a little sprinkled with lemon on both sides. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.

One layer of pangasius is laid out on the foil. Three tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, after which the peel is quite easily peeled, cut the vegetable into slices and lay on the fish.

The next layer is green onions. Finely chopped and sprinkled on top of the tomato, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and pour a little sour cream.

Next, the next piece of fillet is laid out on this whole structure and the layers are repeated, then the same with the third layer of pangasius. The fourth fillet is the final filet, placed on top of the cake and again sprinkled with lemon juice.

The foil is wrapped and the cake goes into the oven for about 20 minutes. Then get it out, open it, sprinkle with cheese on top and put it back into the oven, but do not cover it with foil, hold for another 10 minutes. The cake is ready! It can be served as a separate dish or with a side dish.

Pangasius fillet, fish nuggets recipe

Gram 800 pangasius fillets cut into pieces along, get about 10 centimeters long and two wide. Put all the chopped fish in a bowl and pour about five tablespoons of soy sauce. Salt and marinate for an hour.

Beat two eggs with a little salt, prepare a plate of breadcrumbs. After an hour, put a frying pan with vegetable oil on a medium heat. Dip each piece of pangasius into an egg, then roll well in breadcrumbs and send to fry. It is not necessary to cover with a lid to make a crisp. Fry about 10 minutes on each side.

A gram of 100 champignons is cut into thin slices and fried in vegetable oil until all the liquid has evaporated. Then, onion, chopped in half rings, is added to them, languishes for another five minutes, no more.

The resulting mushroom mass is laid out on the fish and sprinkled with grated cheese. Place the sleeve in the microwave and oven at a maximum power of 15 minutes. After this time, get the fish by carefully cutting the sleeve. Optionally, you can decorate the pangasius with parsley or dill.
