Fried potatoes with meat are perhaps the most favorite and popular dish among the male population of our country, especially if it is served on the table in the company of pickles and tomatoes. The secret to cooking, like any other dish, lies not only in the qualification of the cook or housewife, but also in his (her) mood. The meat can be anything - beef, rabbit, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc. But, in our opinion, in terms of taste, fried potatoes with pork always come first. 400 grams of selected pork cut into large pieces (2-3 cm thick), then put in a deep bowl, so that it would be more convenient then to mix. Sprinkle the meat with salt, about half a teaspoon, and a pinch of pepper. Rub on a coarse grater 1 head of peeled onions and send to a container with pork. There we put 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. We mix all the ingredients, and then we start rubbing spices and mayonnaise into the meat with our hands. After you have reached a uniform state of the contents of the container, cover it with a lid and leave to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
While the pork is pickled, prepare the potatoes. 800-900g of potatoes (about 7-8 medium-sized tubers), peel and cut into strips. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan so that the bottom closes, heat it, and later put the potatoes and cover the pan with a lid. After 5-7 minutes, put the pickled pork in a pan, mix, close the lid and continue frying. A few minutes later, salt and pepper the potatoes with meat. Cooking is necessary over medium heat, under a closed lid and stirring constantly. In this case, the dish will be well steamed and at the same time rosy. Willingness is determined by the taste, as soon as the meat and potatoes are soft, it means it's time to turn off the stove and call home to the table.
A delicious dish is fried potatoes with chicken. To prepare it, take 3-4 chicken thighs or drumsticks and soak them for 10-15 minutes in a marinade - mayonnaise, salt, pepper and 2 cloves of grated garlic. We clean 5-6 potatoes and cut into half rings 3-4 mm thick. First put the chicken in a frying pan with warmed sunflower oil and cover it, and after 5-7 minutes, place the potatoes in free areas of the pan and add a little salt. It will be necessary to cook under the same conditions as described in the previous recipe - over medium heat and under a closed lid, stirring occasionally. The chicken in the cooking process can also be turned over so that it is well-fried. Although you can do without it, it will be very appetizing anyway.
