Mix with warmed, but not hot water, yeast, add 50 grams of sugar and salt to them. Add 30 milliliters of oil and mix thoroughly. Sift flour there and knead the dough. Try to knead the dough well, as the more you knead the yeast dough, the more gluten is released from the flour and the dough will be more uniform, and the buns are lush. Place the dough bowl in a warm place for about an hour until it rises. Mix three tablespoons of sugar with coconut and a tablespoon of flour. When you see that the dough has risen, put it on the table, divide in half. Roll the first part well to make a rectangle. Brush with vegetable oil using a cooking brush and sprinkle with coconut mixture. With the remaining half of the test, do the same. Do not forget to leave a little topping to decorate the buns. How to cook them?

Stir yeast with salt and sugar. Add dried cream or milk powder to the same place, and if they are not there, fill in plain milk (but do not forget to preheat it so that it is slightly warmer than the room temperature). Now we mix everything so that the yeast dissolves. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add half of the total volume first. Mix well with the liquid, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again.

Now add coconut shavings to the dough, stir again and leave for about ten minutes so that the coconut flavor is absorbed into the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. After 10 minutes, add the remaining half of the flour to the dough and knead until it lags behind the hands and becomes smooth. The dough will be elastic, but not too tight. Place it in a warm oven with the fire turned off so that the dough fits well. If the oven cools down, briefly turn on the heat so that it warms up again. The dough will be suitable for about an hour and will become about two to three times larger than the original volume. Mash it, divide it into three parts and immediately nip off a small piece to prepare the coating. From every third you get three buns. Divide it into identical pieces and roll them into buns. Transfer the buns into a split mold pre-coated with baking paper. For 30-40 minutes, put in heat so that they rise well. Now fill the remaining tiny piece of dough with warm water and shake. Lubricate the buns and sprinkle coconut on them. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees in the middle for about half an hour, until the buns are browned. In the oven, they will still rise and will be completely airy. Take out the baked buns, cover with a towel. Give them some rest. Now free the buns with coconut flakes from the yeast dough out of the mold and transfer to the board. You can eat them both warm and cold, with cocoa, milk, tea or coffee.
