This complex product is produced in the form of a transparent liquid of dark brown color. The composition of the drug includes special humic substances, which are obtained by hydrolysis of wood lignin, as well as sodium chloride, ten-sodium pyrophosphate and demineralized water.
To use the solution "Ligfol", the instructions for use advise mainly for the treatment of tumor diseases in domestic animals. In addition, this drug is indicated for use in order to improve the results of the surgical treatment of cancer of cats and dogs. To increase the growth rate of young growth, productivity, poultry egg laying, offspring quality and reproductive ability of various farm animals, the Ligfol remedy can also be prescribed. The instruction recommends using it to increase the general resistance of the body to such adverse effects as, for example, transportation, vaccination, weaning and rearrangement. In addition, this complex drug is well suited to prevent the negative effects of stress reactions in animals and stimulate regenerative processes in burns, injuries and wounds.
As for the use of this medication, for example, during the implementation of antitumor therapy, the solution is administered intramuscularly, based on the proportion of 0.1 ml per kilogram of weight. The duration of treatment in this case is from six to eight injections. Depending on the general condition of the animal and the severity of the disease, the use of the drug "Ligfol" instruction recommends once a day after two days on the third. If necessary (obtaining a sustainable effect), treatment can be repeated. For prophylactic purposes and with the aim of increasing resistance to administer Ligfol solution, the instruction also advises intramuscularly, but only once.
