Secrets of creating a herring under a fur coat

- slightly salted herring (one large or two medium-sized);
- jacket-boiled potatoes (2 or 3 large potatoes);

- onions (one onion);
- beets (2 medium size);
- mayonnaise.

How to "collect" a fur coat?
The fur coat is assembled in the following order:
1. Prepare a large dish and apply a little mayonnaise to the bottom.
2. Directly over the dish, grate half the whole potato on a coarse grater (do this with all vegetables) and spread the layer evenly over the bottom of the layer on the bottom.
