1. Rinse and peel vegetables. Dice onion, carrot and garlic. Grind the liver and ham - you can also cubes. We spread the liver in a pan and fry a little in oil. Then add chopped garlic, onion and tomato paste. Add a little oil. Fry for 5 minutes. We send carrots and ham to the pan. Pour in the broth previously prepared and brought to a boil. Ingredients (based on 4 servings):
- 300 ml of vegetable broth;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- 350 g champignon;
- a bunch of parsley;
- one medium onion;
- 2 tsp basil (dried);
- 400 g canned tomatoes;
- spaghetti;
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste;
- 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
Spaghetti in Bologna are prepared like this:
1. Peel the onion and garlic. Grind them and send them to the pan. Lightly fry using oil. Add 2/3 of the mushrooms. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Greens should be chopped and sent to the pan. Fry vegetables for 10 minutes.
2. To make the dish bright and aromatic, you need to add tomato paste and basil to it. Cook the stew for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs at the very end.
3. In a small pan, boil the spaghetti, then distribute on plates. Put the stew on top.
