So, how to make strawberry jelly ?
First you need to decide on the components. Their set is minimal. You will need one and a half kilograms of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of citric acid, as well as everyoneβs favorite strawberries (exactly 1 kg). As you can see, nothing particularly exotic is present here.
